Job growth is a key factor in the residential housing market?s recovery, a research economist at the University of South Carolina?s Moore School of Business told a crowd of Charleston-area real estate agents today.
The development group presented more than 200 business and community leaders with the results of its research project to analyze the Charleston region in comparison with similarly sized areas in the mid-Atlantic.
The transportation agency is looking for public feedback on a series of recommendations it was presented last week to help trim a $1.4 million budget gap created by a decrease in sales tax funding.
