This is, of course, non-scientific.
How many people were at city hall?

Charleston should definitely not get involved this a form of "cap and trade." I'm still trying to get over the fact that Al Gore has been invited to Chas - with regards to the Aquarium. How awful that is! Of course, my first and last visit to the aquarium was some years ago. You couldn't pay me to re-visit.

Has the motion passed two prior legal readings in session for passage (excluding midnight covens with a quorum of Riley puppets in an illegal end run)?
We've heard that dubious shennaigans may allow this to be the bird flipped in the face of their constituents by some of the Riley cadre that shall not be seated on council in the next meeting...

The resolution is non-binding. See Global Cooling, the next post.
